After graduating in Economics and Commerce from the Ca’ Foscari University of Venice, an experience in the family business and, as an auditor, in Pricewaterhousecoopers, he opened his own corporate and tax consultancy firm, as well as accounting and payroll services.

Specialized in extraordinary operations and in the reorganization of corporate and family groups, he has been collaborating since 2000 with Il Sole 24 Ore and Radio 24, as a tax expert, and with the main legal journals.

Member of the Technical-Scientific Committee of Il Sole 24 Ore for the drafting of Principles of interpretation on VAT and member of the Scientific Committee for Master training in the Tax area of Il Sole 24 Ore.
